Im tired of my ATE Premium rotor they do not resist to heat and are now warped so my car vibrate when i brake. Ive try to found some Brembo OE rotor but they doesnt make them anymore. What rotor should i put that will resist heat ? By the way im not doing any lapping at all.. only DD.
maybe you're doing something wrong...change your pads.

Doing what wrong? Pad are canadian tire 1st quality and rotor too and both caliper are brand new.
Maybe you are not doing the brake job right, did u clean all the rust of your hub when istalling your rotor and did u clean and lube all the hardware and spindle?
how many miles are on them? if you need to replace them, replace both pads and rotors at the same time, and just follow the bedding procedure for them....

and its the cheapest place to get them i have found and I have been using them for about 5-6 years now.
only thing i have ever lubed when i did my brakes, was the back of the pad and just the slider pins that remove the caliper. otherwise nothing else...
I had EBC yellow stuff pads and black dash rotors on the 01 and they worked flawlessly without fade for 30k miles and still have life in them. Once my front brakes need replacement on the 04 thats what I'm getting.
Torque down your wheel to 100 ft-lbs and
do so in a star pattern. Don't use impact wrench.

Its all done corectly, wheel are torque at 85ft-lbs and slider are greased with syntec caliper grease.
85ft-lbs is not enough. GM says to go to 100ft-lbs.

Pic of what to grease? I've never greased or cleaned anything when I've replaced pads... not to say that's right, just never knew you needed to

It appears a select few people actually know how to properly do a brake job here. Rust off the hub is what most people forget or don't bother to do.
Premium pads and rotors eh...maybe that is your problem. Get some proper pads.
