I've searched the internet quite a bit and found nothing. I am looking to put a tow hook or two on my cavy. Because racecar. I would love to see pics, but I'm more interested in anyone's personal experience, especially regarding fitments/measurements. I found some sweet "blackworks" hooks, but I need to know if they'll fit. It's an '02 cavalier ls sport.

If there's anything I'm leaving out, let me know!
I prefer the tow strap.
This way I can hide it when it isnt needed. I HATE the look of tow hooks sticking out the bumpers, I think it looks tacky on daily driven cars.
But thats just me.
On ebay. Jeff Wybrow got it for me. Not sure of a link or anything though. Look up TRS tow strap. They are cheap aswell.

How is yours mounted?
Ive seen alot of honda guys bolt it on the front of the rebar and then wrap it around the back and over the top of the rebar....
Mine is bolted right to the rebar.
I have to check that out! If you get a chance, I'd love to see a pic of how you have it bolted on
And to everyone else, I just want to see what options I have. I'm interested in both front and rear tow hooks (or straps) ...I have yet to see any tow hooks or specs on which - if any - will fit.. anywhere ;(
Yours come from the UK Darren, through Jeff?

Would you be able to get some pictures of how it is mounted?
FU Tuning
I didnt take any pics. But all I did was drill a hole the size of the bolt I had, then drilled a hole at the back of the rebar above it so I could get a nut inside and enough room to get a wrench in so I could tighten it.
If I remember, I will snap a few pics when its on the hoist next.
