I had a set of Koni red inserts from back in 2001 and they are beyond destroyed.
My car has been sitting for about 3 years and I'm trying to revive it for sale.
I doubt I will get any kind of warranty from Koni even though I had the bump stops installed.
And I can't seem to find my receipt from Karo (who remembers Karo? )
I would love to find something used, that will work with my Ground controls, but I'm figuring I will have
to buy something new. I will have to replace the collar as years of buffalo winters have split one of them
any suggestions? or a line on some used parts?

Do people ill lower their cars with KYB AGX's?
$50 ea. seems reasonable.
Did anyone ever solve the ground control upper strut mount problem?
I would have just edited my post, but I don't seem to know how or have the ability.

I'm running agxs on ground control. $50 each? I paid nearly $800/4 for mine shipped. I dunno how everyone else is setup, but mine I have kyb mounts and removed the lower portion of it. Although I read somewhere on here bout turning the mount upside down? No real problems with mine. Just the not so "normal" poping when turning

My mistake. I was referring to the non-adjustable GR-2's
AGX fronts are $103 ea.
GR-2's are $50

Do not run gr2 on lowered cars. They are worse than stock struts.
Get a set of tokico hp blue struts. The will handle a drop spring.
I ran them for two years on a 1.8 spring never had a issue they never leaked and sold them to another guy who ran them for another two years and then sold his car.
I switched to tokico Dspecs best choice ever.
KYB AGX have treated me very well and still do. I have a 1.75 inch drop and would NOT recommend using KYB AGX struts on a drop lower than 1.75 inches. I agree with the TOKICO HP blue struts - nice set but not adjustable for the same price of the AGX (was anyway 8 years ago). DSPECS, well yeah, can't get better than that besides going full coilover set up.
Since you have ground control coilovers, maybe you like a drop more than 2 inches, you will have to stick with TOKICO or DSPECS. You check out the BILSTEIN AK series struts. That might work for you.
