Okay, after many questions and still some confusion about the bracket that i need to buy, i have come to the conclusion that i need part number 22660396 for the bracket. My question is, do i need part 24 in the picture? the bushing? Does the eibach set come with this? or do i have to buy it from the dealer? Also, do i need to buy specific bolts? I know this picture will clear things up for people who can explain it to me, as i trust you guys over the guys at the parts counter at the dealership.
Thanks
From what I understand, all the bushings come with the Eibach kit. You just need to buy 2 of those brackets and 2 bolts for those brackets.
yeah that part number looks good, double check it with the dealer with your vin, you never know what dumb thing the factory changes without tell you.
anyone any idea on the part number for those 2 bolts?
I ont take the crack about parts guys personally since i am one. the part number for the bolt you need is 11516328 list price is 1.41 ea you probably have to buy 5 m10x1.5x30
is the size

****kinda like the 3rd gen is still a 3rd gen from 95-04, but have series 1 (95-99), series 2 (00-02), and series 3 (03-04).... the suspension of "FE2" has a series 1 (00-02) and series 2 (03-04) ....the 2000 - 2002cars still run FE2 style 22mm front bars, the 03+ cars just have a 2mm upgrade.******

yeah forgot to mention i finally got around to updating that.... my bad
yeah and if you dont have a sway bar stock, then make sure you run a tap down the holes in the subframe to make install much easier, the holes are probably full of crap and paint and what not.
Ive seen a few post about this and figured i would add that to this thread.
I need to get some sways for mine, then my suspension will be done.
