half baked brake swap idea

not sure if this would work, but i'll put some more thought to it. a 94 caddy deville's knuckle looks damn close to a j-body knuckle. but has a friggin 1.5" thick rotor.

You would have to measure the Strut mounting area and the stud of the ball joint to see if it is the same or not. Also the distance from the center to the Tie-rod stud hole may be different aswell changing steering geometry.

I know how it feels though looking at a whole bunch of different cars everyday thinking how it would be with there brakes instead of mine. Rondevous have some nice brakes aswell, the AWD version has 1.2 or something close to that and are 300mm oh well until you either try fitting it or measure to units off of the cars we will never know.

i know it's a different part number but the stabilizer bushing is in the same place, the balljoint mounts in the same place, it looks close, proabaly not exact, but could make it fit for sure. i'll have to hit up the auto recycler
