which fitting are you talking about? is it the one that connects to the bag itself, that little elbow fitting? or are you talking about a fitting on the tank? either way, take it off and wrap some teflon tape around the fitting. as for your car not staying up, maybe there is a bad connection somewhere w/ the wiring or the vavle stuck open

is it common for a valve to stay stuck open, does it mean the valve is bad? its all ok now its not stuck open anymore its wired that it did that once

also the shop that did my air ride said that there is some fittings i can get that get crimped on and he says it will never leak, but he says if i ever need service work done he would have to cut the hose but he says its no big deal since they always have some lieing around, is that true about this fitting he is talking about?

not that i know of. all my fittings are metal fittings that screw into other fittings. if the valve is stuck open, it doesnt mean its bad. it could be bad but to make sure its safe to take it off, open it up and clean out the inside to make sure there is nothing in there.

Is there a way to prolong the life of fittings? what did i do wrong that caused it to leak? will ridding around on less psi help prolong the life of them?

1QUICKJ, I think i know exactly what happened when you said that the car would drop back down really fast. You thought it was a valve getting stuck open and it sort of was. The same thing happened to me before school one day, but, it turns out one of my switches were stuck to one side which meant that the valve basically was stuck open because one of my switches was stuck. Haha

yea it could be a switch too. i know my switch box, the last 2 switches stick sometimes so i never use them or else i'll crush my kit if it sticks. as for the fittings, they would only leak if they break or arent tightend right. easystreet fittings breaking arent to common. ive had my kit for over a year now and ive only replaced one fitting.

are you talking about the elbow that is on the bag or the elbow that comes off of the tank w/ the line? if your talking about the one thats on the bag itself, i have pics of my stuff before it got put on, you can check my cardomain site
