i want to purchase a set but not sure of a few things.First and foremost do i need to replace the stock struts? and secondly i'd like to hear some feedback from anyone who has them (pros and cons)i've read the sticky and a few posts but did not find any answers to the questions i have.
I don't have eibachs but i can tell you that you will need to change your stock struts/shocks no matter what you use. It is better to do it at the beginning than riding on them and blowing them. Then you will have to buy the struts/shocks, go BACK to the garage and replace them. Do it all at once and you should be good to go!
yes you need to replace the stock struts. they are not made for lowering
the pro kit is a 1.4 inch drop all around. a set of KYB AGX sturts are god with these
the sportline kit is a 1.7 inch drop in the front, 2.3 in the rear. Konis are the way to go with this set up. its what i have. i like it
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
I know this is off-topic of the original post, but..
Will the eibach rear springs physically fit on our front struts (kyb or koni).
No I am no putting rear springs on the front, so don't start on the spring rates. I just want to know if they physically fit.
thanks for the feed back guys
I love my pro kit and Koni struts.
I had the springs on the car for a few days before I installed the Koni struts. I could never ride like that for very long at all.
