I don't know a lot about supension at all but after reading the sticky above I made a list of things that will improve the cars handling and rigidity. Out of this list which will make the biggest difference and can all of these things be installed together or can you only have one or the other if something else is installed. any help would be appreciated. Here is the list also tell me if I missed anything.
Anti Sway bars
Front strut tower brace
Rear strut brace
Subframe brace
Tie bar
A-arms
if you dont already have struts and springs, then really you are missing the meat and potatoes....
while most will say swaybars make the biggest effect, which in a way is true.... consistency for me is always first.... so i would brace everything...
also do a serach on rksport a-arms, i;ve posted mine which snapped quite a few times this month alone.
swaybars i feel should be last as they are really meant for fine tuning turn in, oversteer and understeer once you have everything solid and your base down.
thanks for the info I know about springs and struts already though just wondering about the rest.
well personally i would brace first.....
then struts and springs....
and then fine tune with swaybars....
make it solid so its consistent...
then add the struts and spings...and feel the effects, and then from there decide on how large, small or whether you even need a swaybar or not...
everyones driving style is different. but i;m just NOT a big believer in buying a bunch of stuff, then adding it all at once, and not knowing what made a difference from your booty hole or a hole in the ground
Cool thank again for the help really appreciate it.
