Well, I was parked at the bank finalizing the loan for my 04 econobox cavy.
Outside some old lady managed somehow to put the car into reverse
as she was climbing out (I guess she was going to leave her car on
as she went into the bank, dunno), as my luck would have it the handicap space
was aimed directly at my back bumper. Her car rolled into the back bumper
downhill and in reverse, breaking the bumper and the taillights.
Finally got insurance information and my estimate from chevy dealership's
body shop here in town. The back up light is $280!! That's more expensive
than the bumper!!
Doesn't really matter to me, I don't have to out of pocket for the repair, but
dang, expensive.
you must not have an ls sport bumper cuz they run over $300
yeah parts arent cheap for our cars

anytime you go to the dealer for parts, just bring your lube w/ your
^^haha dealers are a$$-raping the lady paying for it... not him. Make sure you hook HER up w/the lube.
I dont have that problem i work at a dealer and well i get discounts! but the cheapest alternative is always a junk yard or ebay!
