I need to replace this on my 99, 2.2Li, 3 speed auto.
How do I do it, and where can I get one for a good price? Some people have told me I might need to pull the tranni pan, and some people have said I don't need to.

The side pan is where its located. Dealer Item only, unless there is an aftermarket co carrying it now but i doubt it. From gm I dont think is very expensive 20 30 bucks. I have changed a few before usually i have changed the switch and valve , just so I wasnt tearing it back apart.
