High Idle problem........PLEASE HELP!!

2001 z24. 2.4l motor. When i start the car and drive it the idle usually stays around 1500 rpms. Now i know its not supposed to be that high because when i bought the car it wasnt like that. I replaced the IAC valve and the TPS. Problem still there. Now it didnt start idling funny until i got this check engine light about a month ago. I scanned it and it said oxygen sensor but i assumed it was because i had put a Tsudo header on and it was leaking where the header meets the cat, but it also took about a month before that light came on after i put the header on. So i cleared the code and it came back about 2 days later so i scanned it again, same problem. I cleared it and sealed the leak and it hasnt been back on since but the idle is still funny. I dont know what to do next, im clueless. Maybe change the plugs but i just changed them about a month ago... im lost guys I need help. The car still runs good but the high idle and the High gas prices aint kickin it anymore. I gotta get this fixed A.S.A.P. Now the CEL hasnt came back on since the last time i cleared it. I dont have any vaccuum leaks either.

Might want to try a new coolant temp sensor.

or, while the engine is idling, spray some WD-40 around the intake manifold/injectors. if it bogs the motor down, the leak is there.
I had a similar problem. after replacing the intake manifold, injector o-rings and resetting the ECU, it idle's perfect.

It was the IAC valve. I had to reset the computer after changing it and didnt know. I disconnected the battery and its fine now..........
