i have a low beam and high beam onn one side the pass side no drl all the bulbs are good and have changed the headlight switch


97 2.2 5speed (2slow)

check the fuse, check for power at the plug

14.82 @ 97 mph

ok if you still have not fixed this yet i might have an answer. i read what you wrote and i understand it as your diver side headlight works correctly and the passenger doesn't work at all. if i read this correctly then your problem is. right be hind the front bumper is where the headlight harnes connects the left and right side of the harness. the problem is there is a couple spots where they soldered a couple wires together and the corroed and fall apart there. so you will have to take your front bumper, locate the wiring harness attached to the bumper and pull the sheething and tape off of it to locate the corroded section, pull it apart and repair it. there is acouple spots where they tie the wires together so you might have more than one spot to fix. then put it all back together after you make sure it is working. i had this problem on my 97z. but do make sure all your fuses and relays are working first. then rip into that but that should be the fix to your problem if all the fuses are good.
