my girl freind has an 03 cavalier and i dont like the way the tail lights are onthem and i was wondering if any one knew if the 00- 02 outer tail lights fit in the outters of the 03.. i jus like how there flush with the body.. dont get me wrong i'm a damn good fabricator thats all my cobalt is is fab work but i'm tryin to do as little fabbing to her car as possible.

My car is an 2003. The best mod you can do to the rear of 2003-2005 cavs is to replace the trunk and taillights with 00-02s.

^^ awesome i appreciate the respons greatly... so just the outters do bold it in wich is another awesome.. i was thinkin about shaving the trunk and just putting the outter lights in it... and nice cav by the way.

Yeah, what Tinks said. Best thing you can do to the rear of an 03+.

the best thing to do to the front is swap to 00-02

Funny, I would have said it's the other way around. IMO, Chevy didn't actually get the Cavalier right until 2003, and then of course they proceeded rapidly with plans to axe it.
