I checked the relay under the hood and it is working. I pulled the fan and put straight power to it and it comes on. I guess maybe it's the switch that is bad ?

No it doesn't come on at all. Were is the resistor ?
The resistor pack is right next to the blower motor.

Yes but it's never the switch. It's the resistor. It's right next to the blower motor.

My fan doesn't come on at all unless i put straight power to it. I thought it if was the resistor the fan would come on but only stay on high ?
just test things in the circuit. on your meter put the black on ground and the red at the fuse, and the switch and the resistor and then check the ground side, and the switch and you'll find out what it is

I did check the fuses. I should actually clear this up. The switch panel has power and come on and I can turn it a/c and the a/c comes on but it won't kick the fan on.
So now that I have corrected my question, does anybody have any ideas ?
