i was wondering what is the difference between a header for a 1996 2.4 cavi and a header for a 1999 2.4 cavi?
is it just the egr?
and can u use a header made for a 1996 2.4 on a 1999 2.4

The egr is the only difference. You can use the older syle header on the non egr setup with no problems.
