I have a 95 Z 5 speed that is mostly tetanus from the pinch welds back to the tail lights and I can find some 04/05 shells with junk engines. That being said I have a full donor harness and would like to know what I have to do to make the 05 dash work with it but on that note I can also source a newer pcm and harness so I could possibly tune and just have a better reading of what is going on apposed to "bad quad driver".

I'd look into using a 2000-2002 2.4 quad 4 harness if you wanna keep the 2000-2005 style cluster.



I miss my Cavalier, even if it made 100 hp on a cold day and had more suspension then it deserved.

That will allow me to run the 2.3? I've read some things need to be changed like knock sensor and injectors, what other hurdles will I face? If any
