the gas stations are putting methanol in the gas will that hurt or help us with nitrous? just wanting too know?

They use ethanol 10% around here. Methanol is actually half the carbon chemically so it should cause the gas to burn cleaner and quicker i'm assuming. Dunno how it will affect the nitrous though.

There's more to gasoline then the octane rating... A lot of turbo guys use e85, which contains 85 percent ethanol, with a lot of success. I don't really think 10 percent is enough to cause any problems. Anything over that though and you will probably run into problems running lean since the car isn't designed to run on it.
