Yes, if your deck has RCA inputs, use a Y adaptor to hook it to your deck.

Thanks a bunch man I tried an FM transmitter and it sucked horse plop. I really wanna get this done as Having 120 songs at my finger tips will be good on those long drives listenign to the same cds over again.
Well see I think for 150 bucks its a pretty good deal and to be honest i think 60 gb ipod are a waste of money there is no humna on earth that has 60 gb of songs they liek so why spend the money. Oh yeah and maybe I cant afford to waste 400-500 on a mp3 player
OK that didnt work with th why cable (3.5mm to RCA). My cd player isnt pickin it up or something please help me as i want to do this to my car. There is also anothe spot in the back i didnt see before it looks liek an s video hook up kind og obvioulsy it isnt but that what it look liek. I also have a sony headunit. (cd ca810x)

Any info asap would be good as i am going on a road trip this weekend and this would be nice to have.
anyone please???? also i saw a sony ipod adapter for sony headunits do i need this , it says it turns your cd chnager input to an aux input.
courld some one please help me out??? I read on the interent that the there has to a changer hooked upto the deck for the deck to even turn those rcas on any way around this would be awsoem as i dont need a cd changer.???
Okay I am goingto ask once more I am wanting to hook my iPod shuffle up to sony headunit (cd ca810x).
1) Can I use a simple "Y" connector (rcas to 3.5mm headphone jack) and plus it into the cd chager input?
2) I saw a product on a website that said you can change your cd changer input into a aux input, it was made by sony?
3) another website said i would need something in the bus connector for the cd changer rcas to even turn on.
So the cheapest way possible would be great.
Thanks
Curtis
you dn't have an aux input?

He probably has the IP bus connecter on the back of his headunit. He can buy a IP to RCA converter and it'll work that way.
Thats a great post but had you read it i have a sony head unit so none of this applies to me
He was talking about this

But if your sony won't work, that part you mentioned should do the trick.
okay I am going to buy this thing regardless but any idea if that usb port could be used for charging adn ipod shuffle too???? let me know
Off topic donit' forget that us guys with bigger iPod's can have pic's on them too.
I have an Eclipse deck and I have to buy the AUX input RCA to play it. My girl has a new Pioneer and we would have to buy an new input for her's also, but my old pionner had aux RCA's on the back of them.
