Have any of you guys that have this cd player been able to successfully load other visuals into it? I can push the ent button and display and get it to open for the cd, it tells me it's ready for download, but when I put the cd in that has the lka file on it the cd player says disk error. I have nothing else on the disk other than the lka file, and I've tried both cdrw's and cdr's. My player does play all disks with music, cdrs and cdrw's with mp3's with no problems. I know that the lkd files all come together when you click make lka, and I'm pretty sure you only have to burn the lka. Maybe you need to burn the master lka and lkd's to the same disk, but I'm not sure. Just let me know if I'm missing something. I'm pretty sure the directions are straight forward.......but if anyone has had trouble let me know.

I used pioneers OEL software from www.pioneerelectronics.com. I got the headunit from crutchfield and put it in myself. Crtuchfield had a pretty good deal on the unit, so I got it there. I'm not sure what to do about it, but both crutchfield and pioneer claim it is programmable. I tried using roxio cd creator to make the cd, and i also tried just using windows explorer to burn it with no luck.
i got that program too
i was so pumped for a screensaver/background thing...lol...maybe you just gotta burn it in the right format?
