Its a sealed box
I have my subs bridged down to 2 ohms. (+)+ (-)-
Im running an aiwa deck right now
What are the dimensions of the box?
Go measure it when you have time.
Also...where did you get the box? Alot of pre-fab boxes are build with 5/8" MDF or particle board instead 3/4"...which causes resonance and can hurt sound.
Its a pre fabed box from best buy
your problem is the prefab box, aiwa deck, and bad tuning. Fix all 3 and you will have good bass, there is no QUICK fix to this problem. (make sure the box is proper demensions.)
My Cav
I give up...
i'm buying a VW those people love trees, so they should love eachother too... "Andy"
definetly start with building a box around 2.5cu/ft ported
max I would go with would be 2.0 cubic FT net.
Box plans check this out it will tell you what you need.
