Tire Pressure Monitor

I remember a few years back reading about an aftermarket tire pressure monitor and I am wondering if anyone has used one. I found one on ebay and I'd like to know if anyone has used it or a similiar model:

Can't say I've used a TPM.

Battery powered sensors.... interesting.... wonder how long the life of the battery is...

Now if price wasn't an option, I'd go with this one. Looks so much cleaner.

waste of money, I work on alot of cars with TPMS and its more hassel then its worth in most cases. You can look at a tire and know you need to add air.... the only cars that REQUIRE it is vehicle that come with run flats as OEM tires (cars with no spares such as corvettes ect...)

Darkstars I am wondering why you say that it is more of a hassle that it is worth though I definately agree with your point on just looking at a tire. I was just wondering about the ebay model as an inexpensive TPM. And I might add I love having more gauges than I realistically need (my wife says I'd have the car looking like an F-16 cockpit if I could)
