Polk MMC 5250 or DB 5250?

Does anyone know about the Polk MMC 5250 (momos) and the db 5250? The stats are virutally the same yet the Momos cost 120 more. What makes then worth the extra cost?

The MMC looks like a better speaker, better crossover, better tweeter.
