Do I only need a subscription or do I need to buy some kind of kit to get onto XM?

The kit that I bought for my Pioneer deck I got from Best Buy for a little over $100 with the warranty. You need to get the XM adapter and pioneer adapter, each around $49 not very big and easily hidden within the dash. Plugs right into your deck and all you need to do is ground it and run the antenna wire which is a snap. Subscription is $14.95 a month
