Where is a good place to look online (or even a book for that matter) to show me about setting up video in a car? More specifically I want a separate monitor in my back seat and get a separate DVD player for it. I sit in my car on lunch (an hour long) and it would be nice if I could watch a movie or play video games. Placing it in the back seat also keeps it more hidden than up in the front seat. I am just so lost looking at products. Some cables look different from what you would hook to the DVD player. I just started looking this stuff up tonight. All help would be greatly appreciated.

Thats prolly a good place to start. They are more directed towards carputers but you can get some info about what ur lookin for there too.
Other than that, i'm not sure.

you can get a couple head rest monitors on eBay and a Boss or Pyle 12V DVD player... very easy to hook up. In your situation, I would recomend getting a stand alone portable DVD player with screen, you can grab one for $80-$150 most places.
