Give the dash a little love tap. That fixs it for most people. As per lenko.

Love tap? Ha
Smash the top of the dash with your hand.... hit it nice and hard... it might work. For whatever reason... that light dies a premature death at the same time as the radio is changed.
mine didn't when i changed my head unit, but now that it's further down the road it has. i no longer have a functional odometer. beating the dash like a red-headed step child on tuesday used to work, now it's a lost cause. i wonder when i need to change my oil.....lol
maybe you should have beat it like a red-headed stepchild on WEDNESDAY. that would have made the difference I bet.
sorry, off topic. now, on topic: I haven't had any issues with my odometer, but I was extremely gentle when pulling everything out and putting it back.

easy way to figure out when to change the oil is every 2-3 months depending on how you drive. Or just get a flashlight, the numbers still work, but the light doesnt.
yea same here, the odometer still works, just the light doesnt. so this is nothign to worry about right? because i know we didnt even touch any wiring there...
