I have a box that's too big for my sub, what should I do? I know I should fill it, but with what?

That makes the box appear bigger to the sub, I need smaller.
Couple pieces of MDF angle cut and siliconed in -- can shrink it as far as needed that way.
Crappy Paint drawing... Imagine you are able to take the top off your box.
The green block is the sub, the red lines are the MDF pieces you would add...
Expanding foam insulation. figure out how much less volume you need, tape a piece of cardboard in the box, cut a hole for the foam, then fill er up.
Okay, where can I get expanding foam?

Any hardware store... probably in the exterior plumbing section. Just ask a cashier what aisle its on (it may be known as insulating foam if they give a funny look).
just ask them where the great stuff is......
