Want to swap a radio

Newbie here, so be patient. I found this radio on eBay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/00-05-Pontiac-Montana-Sunfire-CD-Cassette-Player-Radio_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ38640QQihZ011QQitemZ320055386244QQrdZ1 and I was wondering if I could install it without any problems. I read the sticky and am familiar with the chimes problem, but unlike most, I want to keep the chimes. This radio looks like a stock radio meant for the car, would it still be a problem to install it? I have the original cassette only radio and it's all but fallen apart on me. Any help would be appreciated.

Ammon

P.S. I have a 2000 Sunfire.

Some one is selling a stock CD player in the classifieds.

If you buy any factory stereo, make sure the anti theft was turned off before the stereo was removed. If not, then it will not work. If I remember correctly, the stock decks read the VIN signature from the ECU, and if it does not match then it reads "LOC" on the display.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
