Fuse Tap, so confused

I am installing a aftermarket deck in my 2000 Sunfire im really confused about this fuse tap thing you have to do, i purchased a tap called Add-A-Circuit now i know i must go to the windshield wiper fuse so i have to put the 25amp windshiled fuse on there plus a 10amp fuse on there, now do i still leave the 10 amp stock radio fuse in its location or do i remove it from there and put nothing there? also would it be ok to use the stock radio fuse location for the tap instead of going to the wiper fuse? if i go to the wiper do i still keep the factory radio fuse in its location on the fuse box, or do i take it out and put nothing there?

The wiper fuse and the extra 10 amp fuse go into the add-a-circuit. It'll show you which goes where on it. There should be a 10 amp fuse in the package.

it does come with a 10 amp fuse, but you didn't really answer my question

1. can i use the stock radio fuse location instead of the wiper fuse location?

2. if i use the wiper location, do i still need the radio fuse installed in the stock location on the fuse box?
