Rattle problems

I just bought a pair of Polk MOMO MMC6500 Components for the front doors of my Z. The Driver side woofer didn't really fit well so I'm gonna have to modify the door a lil bit so the grill dosn't sit on the woofer surround. Other than that it just rattles, I know I could put some silicone in between the adaptors and the door. Along with some foam or dynamat material it would probably b ok. Right now i have about 30-40w rms on each speaker. so when the bass notes hit, as you can imagine I don't have enought power to keep it from distorting. i was thinkin about installing some bass blockers to keep the image up from clear and distortion free, and let the 6x9's handle all the bass. Problem is if I ever want to go with more power they only handle up to 50w rms. The 6.5's will handle 125w rms. I'm thinkin about goin with the JBL CS60.4 @ 60w a channel. At that point I might need to get rid of the bass blockers but I would still have that annoying rattle. Any suggestions would be great. Also I would like to hear what you think about that JBL amplifier.

Why not get a small sub or something for the bass?

Or get something to fix the rattle in the door, sound deadening and make sure everything thats supposed to be fastened down, is fastened (maybe glued) tightly..

that should eliminate the problem.
