I blew mine a few weeks ago. Its still in use untill I can fab a box for my eD subs and swap them into my new car.

The cone was completely seperated 100% from the surround.

JB Weld and a couple days of sitting and all is well, its fugly and doesnt quite sound right up close... when its in the trunk you dont hear the scratching, just sounds like normal. Im sure the speaker hates it, but its getting ousted in a few weeks time.

a quick $5 fix.

Alpine can repair it as well, but youre better off just getting a new sub for what they might charge.
