is it possible to use a 9006 HID kit in a 2001 cavalier? reason I ask is because I think the 01 has 9007, and if that is true is it possible to make the 9006 work?
sure, if you do a headlight swap.
car audio noob since 1984.
9005 and 9006 are single filament bulbs, small sockets. They won't even fit the larger 9007 socket, they'll flop around and fall out.
So, no.. not with 01 headlights.
