will 6*9 fit in my front doors without having to cut the door?
yes, but youll have to custom fabricate an adapter or put it on the actual face of the door pannel.
"I did it because I wanted to see what it would look like. You should be greatful that I even told you that it would look good. If your to dumb to use photoshop and change the color of your own car then you don't need to see it changed. I'm not going to give my work away. I'll sell the pic to you though for $15."-Adam Kalin
^^JBO is about not being that guy
why 6x9???
6.5 is better for sound
what would be the best thing to make the adapter out of??
1/4" plywood or 1/2"
You guys really think 6 x 9's would work in the doors?
All of my 6 x 9's are DEEP. To deep to fit even with a spacer. 6x9's also like big open spaces behind them, which is why they are most often used on back decks.

Depth would definitely be your biggest issue if you were trying to keep the factory look. Airspace is a possible concern as well.
As already mentioned, 5.25/6.5s would be a much better option, as you wouldn't have to cut sheet metal to wedge them in. But you really have to pay attention to the mounting depths of those speakers as well. My alum-coned Planet Audios *barely* fit with a 5/8" baffle. My CDT Eurosport 6.5s had no hope of fitting, forcing me to build my own kick pods.
