stereo help

hey i have a question. what is needed to install an aftermarket cd player in a 2000 cavalier? i talked to like 4 diff installers and they keep tellin me i need a part that is like $130!!!!!!!!! is this true and if so what the hell is it??? thanks

and to further help you out. yes the $130 part is needed if you want to make the installers very rich. or you can check out the sticky at the top to find out which $15 part will work just the same.

Of if you don't want to spend $130 and also don't want to lose your dingers, you can get a $38 wiring harness at Walmart.

illdwes .

go buy a saturn harness, same harness but speakers are reversed (front is really rear and rear is really front) cheap it works but you will lose your door chimes.........gl
