I had a python 871, and a drivers side door lock added in my car a while back. Well now I want the passenger side and was thinkin about doing this myself. What would I hook into for the passenger side actuator? Do I just splice into the drivers side?

well first you gotta put the actuator on, then run the wires and find the relays for the driver side actuator and you can splice in the the relays...do you know how to mount it?
yeah I have seen how the drivers is mounted and I was assume the passenger would be done the same way. My drivers side has a DEI 524T actuator in it. I was going to do the same on the passenger side. Where would the relay be at that it's ran into.

Just follow the wires from the drivers door acutator, or you could just tap into the ones in the door if that would be easier for you, not something i would do but it might be easier
Would it harm anything just tapping into the wires on the drivers side door?

no not as long as there is sufficient power from the relays to run both actuators.
yeah, I just wanted to make sure it works. I paid $100 for the door lock to be installed the last time and now I would much rather do it myself if I can.
