Im trying to plan out a swap into my fiero. I'm wanting to use a complete j-body drivetrain (ecotec and 5spd getrag) for the swap and im kinda stumped on the wiring but im hoping to possibly use megasquirt for the engine management. My question is what are those of you who are using megasquirt doing for the ignition and fueling of the engine? How are you running it and whats your setup?
Also, what are you doing for gauges? Also, how could i go about pulling a signal for an aftermarket speedometer from the getrag?? Not to concerned about the other gauges as they're all fairly simple but the speedometer/odometer seem to be the big hurdles, after that its the tach which i should just be able to hook up simple by pulling a signal from a coil.
