Hey, i had my alarm (Autopags RS-900) installed a little over a year ago now, have had zero problems with it. Over the weekend i installed my triple gauge A pillar and 3 gauges. i T'd off the brown wire in the headlight switch so they would be on when you turn the headlights on. I got all the gauges wired up and the work perfectly. Now, i went to a buddies place for a BBQ and when i tried to use my key fob to lock the doors it wouldn't lock. no clicking or anything. the car didn't come with power locks. so i dont have a button. The doors still lock and unlock when i start and shut off the car. but i can't get them to work wih either of the fobs. i checked all my fuses and double checked the wiring to make sure nothing was shorted or grounded or anything and i couldn't find anything... can someone help point me in the right direction on where i should go from here? I've got a lot of stereo gear in the trunk and kinda need my alarm.
Thanks in advance.

Without knowing how the alarm was installed, I'm afraid I can't help you at all... you'd have to take it to the person who installed it if you've already checked the obvious stuff.
I'd start by popping the door panels off and looking at the solenoids, see if they're getting any power when you activate the alarm.... but short of tracing wiring (which always sucks), there isn't anything I can suggest.
Ok, I just booked an appointment to get it checked. I figured this is what i'd have to end up doing. I just wasn't sure if there were other things that could easily be checked. Normally i wouldn't mind tracing wires. lol, but seeing as i didn't install it i think il let the pro's do it.
Thanks.
