been there done that. it's as simple as 1, 2, 3..
1) locate your speakers
2) unscrew and remove them
3) place your new speakers in.

not quite that easy......

you have to remove your rear dash
team forward motion
go to that link and click on the remove rear dash link and it tells you how to do it. then you just remove the speakers and place your new ones in. or you can install them on the rear dash like many have done by cutting a hole in it the shape and size of the speakers.

Only pic I have right now but I'd top mount em since they've got some nice grilles and u don't have to worry about clearance issues. Plus all u have to do is cut out the outline on the bottom of the rear deck. If u need em, i'll get some more pics this weekend

u have to remove the rear dash and unsrewing your speakers and lifting them out.

its pretty easy. if you have to make a post, u might want to get a professioanl install.
