Hey everyone , ive got a problem here with my car audio

Car deck is Kenwood KDC MP728
200 Watts i believe

ive got factory 4x6 in the car (CAVALIER)
and ive got Kaption 6 x 9 in the rear ( 8 ohm ) I believe or (4 Ohm)

now my problem is ... my deck vol. goes up to 35 and when i turn it up to bout 28 and up itll shut the whole deck off then come back on ... now i think maybe it could be the speakers or somethin are messed up .. but i ve checked all wires and everything there is no short or no wires crossed .. now maybe its just the deck and i need a new one or maybe i need more power to it or so i have no clue , but had anyone ever had this problem b4 ? I mean im just thinkin of buyin all brand new SPEAKERS and a new DECK well in the next few weeks , but if i can get this fixed then i will keep it all as is .. except ill replace the speakers ...
