Power door lock actuators

I remember seeing the diagram recently on here but can't find it. What type of relays do you need and how are they wired?

You need 2 Relays, then you need to wire then in a REVERSE POLARITY configuration.

Google "Reverse Polarity PIE" You should be able to find a diagram online.


PIE is the brand I used yesterday. Works very well.

according to someone on this site you need no relays and there is no reason to reverse polarity.

What are you talking about? Are you helping this guy or not?


I used regular 30/40amp Directed Relays.
