Ok this is only my opinion but nonetheless I feel obliged to tell my story so other people don't get stuck in the same situation. I ordered a Kicker ZX2500.1 amp from dealer cost car audio on Nov 19th . It is now Jan 14 and I STILL have no amp ! I have spent the equivalent of. Two hours on hold WITHOUT actually being able to talk to anyone. I emailed the " sales manager" on January 4th and he responded with " I will get this done immediately". Again it is now the 19th and it hasn't even shipped! now granted this may be a fluke event, but it doesn't excuse the absolutely horrid customer service and experience I have received so if you do read this, think carefully about this happening to you if you order something from them.
