Hey guys, and gals! ive had my antenna taken off and currently in the trunk. i had the whole care painted, that is why. I was wondering what you all have done, if anything like this before, and how could i get good reception w/o a mast outside? Just wondering as i would like radio every so often. Thanks

i did this with my buick.
Buy a CB radio antenna. Not the 12foot whips, but go to autozone, you'll see what im talking about They have magnetic mounts.

Chop wires on the antenna, and chop wires on your stock antenna wire. Quick connect, (Power in our current ones are white. (At least in my car)
the CB antenna should have a normal color scheme. Red/ black.

connect, and face it upside down in your trunk. (Magnet attaches to bottom of trunk deck)

Hope i helped.
