I've been looking at getting a new head unit and I really don't like how low the double dins sit so I wanted to go with a single din flip out unit. However, Ive heard I needed an adapter/ new harness to go from a double to single din?? Ive read up on the info about not needing a t-harness and losing factory chimes and have not found anything about this. Any help much appreciated =) Oh my sunfire is an 02'
just get a regular metra harness, don't remember the part # off the top of my head, but you can google metra sunfire or cavalier and it'll pop up the right one
you'll lose door chimes, but that's a good thing imo.
It's the harness for the Tracker. Just search for the harness for a 2001 Tracker. That's the one that will lose chimes but not cost $80.
