hey does anybody know where I can get a 5 bolt turbo downpipe for an ecotec cavalier that is universal for turbo. which means it can be adjustable to a change in turbos.

Nope, everybody does custom downpipes, unless you buy a kit. I don't think any kit out there for the Eco uses a 5 bolt flange...
