How hot does the return oil get?

Question being I want to switch to a rubber return line because of how short my return line is it is kinked and restricted...

the bigger the return line the better, correct?

Also does anyone know if the return hole on an actual turbonetics turbo is threaded or do I have to use a flange? and the thread pitch on that flange would be?

I use a rubber line, just get heater core style hose, it can usually withstand temps up to 250-300 degrees without melting, and if your oil is that hot, you have problems.

Usually the flange on the return side has a threaded fitting, you need to buy a barb fitting to go on the flange.

Get oil line, not heater hose.

My 2 cents.

I have a heater ruber hose for my return line. 3/4" I.D. No problem with it.
