I need someone to do me a favor and measure your flange on your charge pipe, the main diameter, and the smaller ring inside diameter as well as take pics of how the ssqv mounts to the flange... thanks!!!
R&D anything else? (for r&d)

The more detailed you guys could make the pictures, the better. I'm fabricating Phil an adapter plate (without any of the flanges/BOV in hand) so I'm going completely by eye, here.
I'll try to get some good pictures tonight. It was such a bitch to get that snap-ring in to hold the thing onto the pipe. I broke 2 tips on the pliers trying to get it in there...

With the snap-ring plyers that I bought specifically for this from Sears, it was a royal P.I.T.A. - broke a couple of the interchangable tips off trying to get the ring squeezed together enough to pop it into place.

I've installed one before. If you dont have the bov in hand I would not suggest trying to make a flange for it. If it is not exact it WILL have a leak. I would suggest you buy a flange and have it welded on.
also... do you guys know if the fake ssqv's any good? or are they junk?
oh and the bov is supposed to be close to the turbo. so your's is right.
