there is many things it could be, haha.
making people guess is just dumb.
it could be a bad turbo, loose couplers, hole in a weld, screwed up intercooler, bov, messed up intake manifold, a big vacuum line unplugged... and many other things

Alright......the wastegate actuator was bent....not the rod but the large brass colored part. It was bent inward and the rod going inside was loose i suppose and leaking boost so i bent it out and tightened up the rod went for a ride and hit 9 psi at full throttle so its all good now.
