i was wondering on the biggest size you can fit on a 2002 cav Z24 without actually having to cut any of the actual metal bumper beam

7" high that's all the room you have without cutting or having it hangin down too low

k, another ?.... would it hurt me if the inlet/outlet was 2.75 and run a silicone adaptor from my charge pipe (2.5' piping) to that or just find a 2.5' in/out intercooler?

I have a 28 x 6 2.5 behind my stock bumper i might be getting rid of soon.

I got it off of ebay for like $140. It works great. I had cut my bumper support to tuck it up nice and then later realized i had to lower it so the pipes would fit under my fog lights in my stock bumper. Now I am putting on my BC2 kit and The gap looks stupid so I will be buying a 9" tall one. I will probably be asking around $75 Shipped. If you want it let me know so I can order the new one and send this one to you. Here are some pics.
