Phil was kind enough to shoot me over a 2025 FMU he no longer needed so I could get my car up and running (thanks again, buddy)
Cartech says the vac line (the barb at the very top pointing at the center screw) should go after the throttle plate, preferably into the manifold itself. I looked at the intake mani. on my spare engine and our cars have no ports coming off whatsoever.
Are people drilling this to tap in to it, or just using the OEM vac. line coming off the throttle body? I wanna make sure I do it right the first time, y'know? Thanks in advance for any help, guys!!!
put a tee on the vac line that goes to the fpr.
DRIVE HARD OR DONT DRIVE AT ALL!!!
Sorry to bring this back up, but is it correct that people are putting both lines off the FMU in the vac line between TB and FPR?
^^^^^^ yes ........
