cheap t3 turbo setup. is it worth it?

this seller has the whole turbo setup. he said all you would have left to buy is the manifold and the downpipe. what are yalls opinions on this turbo... it looks like a good setup. if i bought it, i would replace the intercoller with a better one. is this a good setup?

sounds like all he has is the turbo, lol...

without the manifold how are you going to kno how the wasgate is going to be located or the turbo or the charge pipes? no down pipe?

going cheap will most likely cost u more at the end. I say , think about how fast u would really want ur car to be and not change ur mind later and replace the cheap parts u have cause u wanted something faster. is just a waste of money. Take it from me........
