Ok in the next week or two I will be ordering my Stage II kit from Hahn racecraft...
Im upgrading to the 20g (building the motor in the near future)
but I have a question...
Injectors- on 8-10psi will the 320cc injectors that come with the kit be enough?
If not what are my options for larger ones?
if you would like to save a bunch of money you can buy a kit chill factory cause it will come with the super 20G (not at an extra cost) and will come with big enough injectors to run 10 psi on the stock fuel pump without a problem. if youd like more info on the kit email me at fatcavy@msn.com
12.7@110MPH with 10PSI.
don't buy from that %^#@ fatcavy04. Fatcavy, go premium then you can advertise otherwise shut up or enjoy the ban.
get the hahn kit.
Injectors don't go from pis, they go with horsepower. figure out how much power it would give you and go from there. Also, psi is just a messure of pressure, in no way it relate to power.

well I figure that on 10 psi I would be roughly making 250whp....

upgrade to bigger injectors and the portfueler. or hpt
have to move away from the fmu when power starts getting up there.

Well actually I'm ordering hpt at the same time
what will be a good choice for the injectors?
44 or 48 lb injectors should be plenty to support 10 psi.
12.7@110MPH with 10PSI.
Let me know when your ready to order that kit. I'll hook it up for you, and you'll be supporting a business that supports this site, unlike Chill Factory.
FatCavy: like said above...go premo or STFU with your advertising.

just remember one thing....
if your buying HP Tuners then just get some larger injectors such as 550 or so and you wont have to worry about it......when you are able to adjust fuel maps it doesnt matter how big they are cause you can regulate them to maintain your A/F to whatever you desire. you really dont have to worry about having too big of injectors with a programable ecu, but any injector has a limit on the fuel it can supply. basically just go bigger than you really need that way if you ever upgrade in the future its there....good luck

True, but from what I've read recently, injectors spray more efficiently when they are NEAR, not at, but near their max fuel pressure or output. I don't know if this is true or not though, however it makes sense that the fuel would be sprayed in a better/stronger mist
I can't seem to find somewhere to buy injectors....
Where can I get a set of 550's or so?
Accel is where I got my 44lbs. injectors, I'm sure there are others.

Accel and RC Engineering. I sell both of these as well.

Got mine from a local hod rod shop. It was like $200 for all 4, I also get a killer discount from them. But if you prefer the online thing I'm sure you could do a google search or something to find a dealer.

10lbs of boost with a 20g turbo won't get u 250whp, however it will get you about 258bhp & the injectors that come in the kit are fine for that amount of power. I know because my buddy has that exact setup on a 2002 LS Sport Coupe which we tune together.
It beats a Honda!
